Information We Collect
When you complete the inquiry form on our website, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write to us. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to communicate about your project.
Like most websites, we also receive standard technical information automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to keep the site secure and improve how it performs.
How We Use Information
Information submitted through the website is used to respond to your request, follow up with you about potential projects, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Email Communications
When you contact us through the website, your message is sent to our studio email address. Replies come to you from our verified sending address at notify.reinhellerdesignbuild.com. If you would rather not receive further messages from us, simply let us know in a reply and we will respect that.
Storage and Protection
Inquiries submitted through the website are stored securely and accessible only to members of our team who need them to respond to you. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Sharing
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except where necessary to operate our website and email (such as our hosting and email delivery providers, bound by their own confidentiality and privacy obligations), or where required by law.
